Informatica Starts Data Quality Certification Program

Informatica Corporation has introduced its Informatica Data Quality Certification program for its partners, customers and other IT professionals wanting to extend, standardize and validate their skill in supporting customer data quality initiatives.

"Double-digit growth in the data quality market is driving the need for a robust framework to equip professionals with the expertise necessary to spearhead enterprise data quality initiatives," said Ivan Chong, senior vice president and general manager, Data Quality, Informatica.

"The Informatica Data Quality Certification program will broaden the Informatica partner ecosystem by arming professionals with the ability to certify their skills and differentiate themselves in the data quality arena."

Through the program, individuals have the chance to be come Informatica-Certified Data Quality Professionals.

To reach this level of certification, individuals are required to reach certification as both an Informatica Data Quality Specialist and an Informatica Data Explorer Specialist by demonstrating via examination that they have the technical knowledge and ability to design, implement, use, and support these solutions in order to solve customer business problems.
